How To Make An Italian Affogato

  1. Firstly make 200ml of fresh Espresso coffee, using Grand Cru espresso beans (As an optional treat your can melt plain chocolate in the coffee)
  2. Add the vanilla ice cream into four dessert glasses.
  3. Pour the coffee into the dessert glasses so that it drowns the ice cream. Serve whilst it is warm and the ice cream is melting.
