How to make a Icy Mint Tea

  1. Brew infusion in 150ml hot water for 5 minutes

  2. Put 5 ice cubes inside cocktail shaker

  3. Strain infusion and pour inside Cocktail Shaker

  4. Add agave syrup

  5. Add 30ml lemon juice
  6. Cover and shake vigorously

  7. Pour over glass and garnish with fresh mint and lemon slice

  • 4g Loose Peppermint leaves (or 2 teabags)
  • 30ml pure lemon juice
  • Lemon slices for garnishing
  • Fresh Mint leaves for garnishing
  • Ice cubes
