How to make an Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate

  1. Add 150ml milk, half an orange zest, and 50ml double cream into a saucepan and heat until simmering.

  2. Once simmering, turn the heat off and pour into a jug through a sieve - removing the orange zest.

  3. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan. Add 50g chopped dark chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted.

  4. Put the heat back on and warm the mixture through before adding 25ml orange liqueur.

  5. Pour into a mug to serve.
