How to make a Peach Oolong Tea

  1. Brew infusion in 150ml hot water for 5 minutes

  2. Put 5 ice cubes inside cocktail shaker

  3. Strain tea and pour brew into Cocktail Shaker

  4. Add Peach puree and honey

  5. Cover and shake vigorously

  6. Pour over glass and garnish with fresh mint and peach slices

Ingredients

  • 4g Loose Fujian Oolong Tea (or 2 teabags Ginseng Oolong)
  • 30ml Peach puree
  • Honey
  • Mint leaves & peach slices for garnishing
  • Ice cubes
