How to make a Darjeeling Watermelon

  1. Brew Darjeeling Tea in 150ml hot water for 5 minutes

  2. Put 5 ice cubes inside cocktail shaker

  3. Strain tea and pour inside Cocktail Shaker

  4. Add watermelon puree

  5. Cover and shake vigorously

  6. Pour over glass and squirt lemon, garnish with fresh mint

  • 30ml watermelon juice
  • Lemon for squirting
  • Fresh Mint for garnishing
  • Ice cubes
