How to make a Chilled Masala Chai Latte

  1. Brew tea in 300ml hot water for 3 minutes

  2. Add Chai Tea syrup and mix

  3. Pour over ice tray and freeze

  4. Release 2-3 ice cubes into a glass

  5. Pour 150ml of cold milk over the ice cubes

  6. Garnish laid over the foam bed with cinnamon stick and anise star

Ingredients

  • 4g Loose Masala Chai Tea (or 2 teabags)
  • Chai tea syrup
  • Chilled milk
  • Cinnamon and Anise star for garnishing
