Mainland England and Wales
Please note there is a choice of either Standard or Next Day service for delivery of parcels.
Deliveries are sent via the Royal Mail UK Standard service and they aim to deliver parcels within 3-5 working days.
- The delivery cost is £8.32+VAT for orders under £9.00+VAT
- The delivery cost is £3.33+VAT for orders over £9.00+VAT
- Delivery on orders over £35.00+VAT is free of charge
Deliveries are via our courier “Tracked and Signed For” service and they aim to deliver the next working day. Parcels can be tracked from when they are despatched to when they are delivered and signed for.
- Please order before 2:30pm for Next day delivery
- Next day delivery is not available for orders under £9.00+VAT
- The delivery cost is £5.42+VAT for orders under £100.00+VAT
- Delivery on orders over £100.00+VAT is free of charge
The number of days quoted for delivery is dependent on stock availability and is an indication only, based on previous experience. As delivery is via third parties, it is out of our control and as such we cannot guarantee them.
Our signed for deliveries will require a signature. Therefore to avoid delays and disappointment, it may be a good idea to give the delivery address as your place of work or an address where you know someone will be able to sign for your parcel.
In the event of no-one being available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left notifying details of how the parcel can be collected or when it will be redelivered.
Non Mainland England and Wales
Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of England and Wales.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return an order please contact us via email email@example.com, call 01322 284 804, or return form and we will be happy to help.
If you wish to return an item that is unwanted, unopened and in original resaleable condition you have 14 days from date of delivery to return it. Once received we will issue an exchange or refund within 14 days.
If you find a fault with your order, please get in touch via phone or email. Once we’ve agreed to refund or replace, please then send the goods to Café du Monde with proof of postage within 30 days from date of delivery. Once received we will issue an exchange or refund within 14 days.
