How to make a Salted Caramel Steamer & Raspberry Cold Foam

  • For the steamer, put 1 pump syrup in a cup

  • Top with steamed milk to 3/4 full, stirring as you pour

  • Then make the cold foam: add 200ml skimmed milk and 2 pump syrup to a cold foam blender jug

  • Blend on ‘small milkshake’ setting for 18 seconds

  • Top the steamer with cold foam and a drizzle of caramel sauce

  • Steamed milk

  • Cold Skimmed Milk

  • Raspberry purée

  • Zuma Caramel Sauce
