30ml watermelon juice

Lemon for squirting

Fresh Mint for garnishing

Ice cubes
How to make a Darjeeling Watermelon

Brew Darjeeling Tea in 150ml hot water for 5 minutes

Put 5 ice cubes inside cocktail shaker
-
Strain tea and pour inside Cocktail Shaker
-
Add watermelon puree
-
Cover and shake vigorously

Pour over glass and squirt lemon, garnish with fresh mint
