The La Spaziale S9 EK2 DSP is a perfect machine for medium volume applications such as Pubs and Restaurants with 50/60 covers. Requires water and a 13 amp socket. A 20amp option is available. S8 and S9 are the same machine other than the S8 version has knobs for operating the steamers and hot water, whereas the S9 has levers.
