4g Loose Fujian Oolong Tea (or 2 teabags Ginseng Oolong)

30ml Peach puree
-
Honey
-
Mint leaves & peach slices for garnishing

Ice cubes
How to make a Peach Oolong Tea

Brew infusion in 150ml hot water for 5 minutes

Put 5 ice cubes inside cocktail shaker
-
Strain tea and pour brew into Cocktail Shaker
-
Add Peach puree and honey
-
Cover and shake vigorously
-
Pour over glass and garnish with fresh mint and peach slices
