4g Loose Peppermint leaves (or 2 teabags)

30ml pure lemon juice

Lemon slices for garnishing

Fresh Mint leaves for garnishing

Ice cubes
How to make a Icy Mint Tea

Brew infusion in 150ml hot water for 5 minutes

Put 5 ice cubes inside cocktail shaker

Strain infusion and pour inside Cocktail Shaker

Add agave syrup
- Add 30ml lemon juice

Cover and shake vigorously

Pour over glass and garnish with fresh mint and lemon slice
