How To Make A Pumpkin Spice Latte

  1. Add 2 teaspoons of pumpkin puree into a large heatproof mug.
  2. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, a pinch of ginger and 30ml espresso, using Grand Cru espresso beans, into the mug and stir.
  3. Heat 250ml of milk in a saucepan over a low heat until it is frothy and steaming.
  4. Pour the milk into the mug and add the froth with a spoon.
  5. Stir all of the ingredients together and dust with cinnamon before serving.
