Cafetière Coffee
This a blend of beans from Colombia and Costa Rica. The Empresa Cooperativa del Sur Cauca (COSURCA) in Colombia, is composed of 15 farmer cooperatives in Cauca, a mountainous province in the Southwest. The Cafecoop RL is a consortium of 7 well established Costa Rican cooperatives, including Coop Dota in Tarrazu region and Coop Naranjo in the West Valley. The blend produces a balanced coffee with a light smooth body. It has sweet acidity with caramel, hazelnut and butterscotch undertones. The result is a medium roast coffee for all occasions.
